Terms & Conditions:

• If selected to participate in the Giveaway, a non-refundable $250 Product Deposit will be collected to secure the date of your session.

• If you are selected as the Grand Prize Winner, your $250 Product Deposit will be refunded or you may put it towards additional images, products, or upgrades.

• If you are 1 of the first 30 women to book your photoshoot this week, your Session Retainer Fee will ONLY BE $30, SAVING $319 (Session Retainer Fees are regularly $349 per session).

• A $250 Product Deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled date of your photoshoot and guarantees you 5 digital images from your photoshoot. If you choose to purchase more images, the $250 Product Deposit amount will be deducted from your total amount.

• The Grand Prize Winner will receive a FREE* Boudoir Session Retainer Fee valued at $349, including, a Free Wardrobe Consult, a Free Makeover, Free Snacks & Drinks during your Session, 3 Sets & 3 Outfits, a 60- 90 Minute Photo Session complete with Posing and Facial Expression Guidance, AND Use of the Luxe Client Closet, Props Treasure Chest, & Dark Angel Wings. They will also receive a Free 30 Digital Image Collection with a Valued at $2,000 which includes: 30 Digital Images, and a 30 Image SmartPhone App.

• The Grand Prize Winner will also have the option to use their winning prize as a print/product credit should they choose to purchase a more inclusive collection!

• All albums, products and digital images are sold separately for regular sessions, and those who do no win the Grand Prize or the Runner Up Prize.

• In order to be eligible for any prize, the winner must be able and willing to give a full model release for all images and materials created from winning the $3K Grand Prize and the $1K Runner Up Prize.

• In order to be eligible for any prize, the winner must be able and willing to travel to Intimates by Elizabeth, Intimate Portrait Boudoir Photography Studio located at 85 E. Gay St. Columbus, Ohio, to have their session on or before December 13, 2024.

• In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must not have had a Boudoir Session with Intimates by Elizabeth, within the past 6 Month - before May 1st, 2024, or related to Elizabeth Richards, photographer and owner of Intimates by Elizabeth.

• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
